Linked to our auditing service, we can offer our clients a thoroughly maintained and documented asset register.

Once we have agreed what information you require the register to hold and completed the initial data load, provided either by your own staff or as a result of our Auditing service, then we will take over the day to day management of the register, making it available to our client via secure web pages held on our servers.

The only commitment from the client is that any member of staff responsible for installing, moving or decommissioning hardware, simply drop us an email informing us of the change so we can update the records accordingly.

The deployment of many new applications requires a degree of interaction with employees at their desktop.

This may simply be for user acceptance and signoff or it may be to run through a pre/post migration or installation check lists.

Either way, it requires a unique type of individual as they must be both technically literate and also have good customer facing skills and generally good 'techies' are not great people people.
